We will send you an email notification showing our receipt of your order. Next, we will contact you by phone or email to obtain any additional information required to produce your merchandise. We will answer any questions that you may have and provide recommendations to you concerning your purchase. Then, we will enter the order into our system and send you, via fax, an order acknowledgement for your final approval. This will be a description of the items ordered, any special imprinting and delivery instructions, and a final breakdown of the delivered price. To proceed, you will need to sign your approval to the order acknowledgement and fax it back to us. Finally, upon our receipt of your signed approval , including final payment arrangements, we will forward your order to production.

Camera ready art should be forwarded to ad@adkpromos.com Your artwork and imprint copy will be reproduced exactly as submitted. Due to the potential for file corruption during transmission, it is also necessary to fax a hard copy of your artwork to us at (518) 792-7539. Generally acceptable formats include Adobe Illustrator (.EPS or .AI) with all type converted to outlines, or Adobe Photoshop (.TIFF, .EPS, or .JPG) with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Please note: Since we deal with several factories specializing in different imprinting techniques, we may occasionally need to request art in other formats.
Artwork that is not camera ready can be touched up by one of our graphic artists. The minimum charge is $30. An estimate of cost will be provided to you upon request.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date, we will make every effort to work with our factories to ensure timely shipment of the merchandise. In the event that you have a required in hands date, you must provide us with the exact date at the time you place the order. Rush orders may incur additional production and freight costs. We will be able to provide you with this information upon request.
We make every effort to ship your orders to you in the most efficient way. Our standard method of transportation is UPS Ground. In the event that the merchandise ordered is unusually heavy or large, we may use a common carrier. When a special in hands date or rush order needs to be met, we may be required to ship using UPS Red or another priority overnight service. If this is the case, we will inform you prior to shipping your goods.
All orders are shipped FOB factory, and you will own the merchandise once the goods are shipped from our factory. In addition, you will be responsible for payment of the freight charges. We will add these charges to your invoice, and will be happy to provide you with an estimate of the shipping cost upon request.
Adirondack Ad Specialties makes every possible effort to ensure that your order is manufactured and shipped in a timely manner. We guarantee that the merchandise will leave the factory in time to make an in hands date (or we will inform you of any delays well in advance of such date). We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or delayed by the shipper, or by acts of God. Tracking information can be provided to you upon request.
Special shipping requirements, such as split shipments, special handling instructions, etc. can be addressed by contacting us at the time you place your order.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. When paying by credit card, we will apply the full cost of the merchandise to your card upon our receipt and your approval of the order. Any additional costs or credits (such as freight, overruns or underruns, etc.) will be applied to your credit card upon shipping your order. Please provide us with your credit card number, expiration date, and the name as it appears on the card. Please note: This is a secure site.
Company Check: We accept company checks as well as personal checks. We require that the funds clear our bank prior to entering your order into production.
